You may return any item(s) purchased from this website for any reason and receive a refund in the amount of your original purchase price if you initiate returns within 30 days of delivery and follow the instructions below under "To Initiate a Return" and "Return for Refund.”

  • All original item accessories (battery, power cord, etc.) must be returned with the item to receive a full refund.

Items purchased as part of a Bundle may only be returned as a Bundle and must contain all original items and accessories for a full refund. 

The merchandise should be received in the original, resalable condition. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of items intended for single patient use, such as nebulizer accessories or parts. Items that are sealed must be returned with their seal intact.

  • If the seal of Nebulizer accessories is broken, we will automatically deduct 25% from the refund amount.

 

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees on products manufactured by Remedium International and purchased from this website.
  • However, all other products sold on this website might be subject to a restocking fee

To Initiate a Return

  • Go to Remediumusa.com and click on “Returns Center”
  • Enter the order number and email address
  • Select “Refund to Original Payment Method”
  • Please provide the reason for your return so that we can better serve our customers
  • Return the item(s) using the prepaid shipping label and instructions that we provide

 

Return for Refund

  • Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process your refund
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price
  • Typically, refunds show up on your credit/debit card within 48 business hours after receipt of the return. This is dependent upon your financial institution’s policies
